Get Your Oats Here!

Healthy & Simple Overnight Oats


What do you need :

  • 2 -3 Scoops of Dried Oats

  • Almond Milk

  • 1-2 scoops of Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ½ scoop of Chia Seed (Optional)


Super Easy Steps:


1. Grab a container that is good to store in your refrigerator. I used a mason jar. Mason Jars are a great way to store these oats! (Easy thing to take on the go)

2. Add your oats, almond milk, yogurt, and if you want chia seeds into your container

3. Once the ingredients are all mixed together. Put the lid on it and put into the fridge!

4. Let this cool overnight.



Take your oats out in the morning and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Additional things you could add:

  • Fruits like strawberries, blueberries, or bananas.

  • If you are looking for a little sweeter treat add some honey!
