Groovy Smoothie

Strawberry, Banana, Pineapple Smoothie

A quick little morning smoothing to start your day off right using only 5 SIMPLE ingredients.


What you Need:

1. 1 Banana

2. 4 strawberries

3. 6 chunks of pineapple (frozen or fresh)

4. Skim milk

5. Yogurt


What I love about this smoothie is you can make it whatever you want! Customize it to your preference and add in some different fruits or alternative milks. I personally enjoy using almond milk and nonfat vanilla yogurt. My mom prefers skim milk and pineapples.


Suggestions for add ins:

● Chia seeds

● Blueberries

● Almond milk

● Greek yogurt (strawberry)

● Honey
