Smoothie Time!

STRAWBERRY & VANILLA PROTEIN SHAKE


This is a simple and easy recipe for an at-home smoothie that can serve as both breakfast shake or post workout treat. This is for anyone who is looking to change up their normal shake routine or just wants to try something that's both healthy and delicious.


Ingredients:

*Makes 1 serving

½ cup milk of choice

½ cup of full fat Greek yogurt

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 tsp of raw honey (optional)

¾cup of frozen strawberries

2-4 ice cubes if you want to add thickness to your smoothie

*Put all ingredients in a blender, blend up and enjoy!!
