Quick N Easy: No Bake Protein Ball

Easiest recipe ever! You guys are going to love these treats, I promise!



These are just so amazing I had to share them with you all! Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Balls. This little treats are good for breakfast, pre-workout, or afternoon snack! The best part is they stay good for 3 months in the freezer! My video shows you step by step on how to make these and the recipe is down below for easy access! Ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe Banana ( mashed)

  • 1/3 cup of your favorite peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 2 cups of rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 cups of your favorite protein powder ( I am using a low-carb peanut butter)

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite nuts

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips ( vegan chocolate chips are a great substitute)


Place everything except your chocolate chips into a food processor. Pulse until desired texture. This should be like a cookie dough. Next, stir in your chocolate chips into the dough. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Put them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. TA DA!! They are done! They are ready to eat or you can package them up into a container and keep in the freezer until you are ready for this delectable treat! Again these are good for up to 3 months! ENJOY
