Two Easy & Healthy Granola Recipes

If you’ve ever checked the nutrition facts on the back of a granola package, you probably know that more often than not, granola is stocked full of added sugars. Luckily, you can easily make your own healthy granola at home. Here are two simple and easy granola recipes:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 355° F.

  2. While the oven is preheating, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and the vanilla together until smooth.

  3. Then, add the oats and the cacao powder to the mixture and stir until even.

  4. Transfer the granola to a tray covered with parchment paper.

  5. Bake the granola for 10 minutes, turn once, then bake for another 10 minutes.

  6. Take the granola out of the oven then transfer it to a mason jar or container to use when ready!


Peanut Butter Granola

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
