Oatmeal and Honey Face Mask

What you need:

Oats (about 4 tablespoons) Honey (about 3 tablespoons, or enough to coat your oats)

Bowl

Spatula

This is a great face mask to use when your skin is irritated and just needs a break!

You can apply this DIY at home face mask to any part of your body! The honey and oatmeal are great for your skin. Oatmeal is a natural anti-inflammatory so it will soothe your skin and tone down any redness and irritation. Honey is a great ingredient to put in any face mask you make! It is a great moisturizer and feels very soothing as well. You can even use this mask when you have sunburn. Apply it to the irritated skin and it will be soothed in no time!
