Quick N’ Easy Ab Challenge

Come along for a journey of my own exercise challenge routine I have created. It is quite short ,but definitely requires some effort. This quick activity only takes less than 6 minutes to complete and consists of a plank,reset push-ups, and Russian twists. It is able to be enjoyed inside the comfort of your home or with an awesome view from nature.
